You may exchange any product ordered through the defloresyfloreros.com website within fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt of the order, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Items must be returned in their original condition and complete original packaging, along with any related accessories. It is essential to include the original receipt with your return, or a copy if you are returning part of the order. You will be responsible for proving that the goods have been returned.

Products ordered from the defloresyfloreros.com website that have been customized to your request cannot be exchanged.

In case of a faulty or defective item, the amount will be refunded, including shipping costs, and the cost of returning the goods will also be borne by de flores y floreros SLU.
