How can I return or exchange an item?
To make an exchange or a return, you must contact us by phone at +34675905927 or by email at info@defloresyfloreros.com
You can exchange any product ordered through the defloresyfloreros.com website within fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt of the order, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Items must be returned in their original condition and complete original packaging, along with any related accessories. It is essential to include the original receipt with your return, or a copy if you are returning part of the order. You will be responsible for proving that the goods have been returned.
Products ordered from the defloresyfloreros.com website that have been customized to your request cannot be exchanged.
In the case of a faulty or defective item, the amount will be refunded, including shipping costs, and the cost of returning the goods will also be borne by De Flores y Floreros.
In case of a refund, it will be made using the same payment method once the item is received at our warehouse and inspected. The product refund will be processed within a period from receipt up to a maximum of 15 business days.

How can I track my order?
If you want to know the delivery status of your order, at the time of shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the shipping agency that will deliver it.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. VAT on orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be refunded at the time of order processing.
