- If it is a new collection item, the first size or model change is free for the customer (if there is a difference in amount, it must be paid via bank transfer)

If there is a second change of the same size or model order, the shipping and collection costs will be the responsibility of the customer (€6).

- If it is a sale item, last chance or promotion, the cost of the change is €6 for the customer. 

The procedure is as follows: the courier delivers the new model/size and you must give him the one you want to return. Put it in a bag, whatever you want, so that the box is not sealed. 

- If the order amount is less than €55, even if it is a New Collection, the cost of shipping the pair to be returned will be borne by the customer, and the shipping of the new pair will be borne by floresyfloreros SLU.

And if there is a price difference? 

- If the amount of the product(s) chosen instead of the returned Product(s) has a value greater than the amount of said returned Product(s), you must pay the difference in price, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

- if the amount of the product(s) chosen instead of the returned Product(s) had a lower value than the amount of said returned Product(s), the price difference would be refunded by de flores y floreros S.L. in the same way they were purchased.
