EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Contact customer service by email info@defloresyfloreros.com or via WhatsApp +34 675 905 927, indicating your order number (ON-XXXXX).
Exchanges and returns have a period of 15 days from when you receive your order.

Seasonal products without discount:
First exchange free. You will receive a label to drop off the package at your Correos office. No need to print it.

Last chance products:
Exchange with a cost of 6€. The customer assumes the return and DFYF the new shipping. Payment by bank transfer before receiving the new label.
Exchanges available at Almirante 16 or Hermosilla 29, prior coordination with customer service. If there is a price difference, it is adjusted in store or online as appropriate.
Seasonal products without discount:
The customer sends the item to the provided address. Customs duties are the customer's responsibility. DFYF covers the new shipping if the order exceeds 89€.

Last chance products:
The customer sends the certified shipment. Pays customs and 12€ for new shipping by bank transfer. Instructions will be provided by customer service.

Same process. The customer assumes shipping and additional costs.
Return cost: 9€. A Correos label is sent and deducted from the final refund.
Return in store by appointment. Refund is made after receipt of the item.
